ABOUT US
Black Dog is a small independent business based in Liverpool. We're not one of those greedy businesses that seek to cash in on a scene just to fill our pockets. We created Black Dog on the back of our own adoration of music and our wish to turn that passion into a career.
We strongly believe that music fans shouldn't have to break the bank to celebrate their favourite bands, and that's why we created a business that offers permanent promotions, cheap or free tracked delivery as standard, and a wide range of stock to choose from. All with the aim to keep the passion for music alive during these challenging times.
Here at Black Dog, we have an eclectic taste in sounds, which is why we love what we do. Bands that we all agree on and often talk about are, Alice in Chains, Melvins, Deftones, Mastodon, Slipknot, Tool, Nine Inch Nails, Pantera, Metallica, Anthrax, Megadeth, and Gojira.
Black Dog, believe it or not, wasn't taken from the popular Led Zeppelin track, but was affectionately named after our very own pooch, Rupert, (pictured above). He's our lucky charm and anything Rupert is involved in is sure to be a success.
